Winners of the 2023 Cosmo Awards

Barbie was named Best Film of 2023 in addition to taking home a number of other awards, including Supporting Actor and Actress (Ryan Gosling and America Ferrera), Best Comedy, Best Fantasy Film, and Favorite Female Empowerment Film.

Poor Thing was big winner, taking home awards for Best Director (Yorgos Lanthimos), Best Actress (Emma Stone), and Best Script. Saltburn also did well, winning Best Actor (Barry Keoghan), Sexiest Ensemble, and Sexiest Male Character (Jacob Elordi).

In the Lifetime Achievement awards, The Princess Bride (1987) was inducted into the Best Films of All Time Hall of Fame. Julie Andrews and Gregory Peck were inducted in the acting Halls of Fame, while Joan Rivers and Tim Conway were inducted into the respective Comedic Halls of Fame.
