For the 20th anniversary of the Cosmique Movie Awards, we created a series of one-off Lifetime Achievement awards, including a set of awards for Holiday Movies. One of those awards was for Favorite Independence Day Movies, and Cosmo voters chose Jaws (1975) as their favorite.
